Brangero

WHO WE ARE

The Azienda Agricola Brangero and La Ginestraia consists of two farms: one is “La Ginestraia” located in Liguria, which produces: Pigato, Vermentino & Rossese. The other is the “Brangero” farm, located in Piedmont and producing the typical wines of this region: Chardonnay, Arneis, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Barbera & Barolo.

Az. Agr. BRANGERO – Piedmont

The family-run Brangero farm is located in Diano d’Alba, on the highest part of the hill in front of the town. A splendid view of the Langhe hills, the beautiful town of Alba, the vines that surround the building and the most favorable climatic and expositive position. The Sorì located in this area are in fact products of considerable prestige and attention. The wines come from proprietary vineyards, and the management is performed exclusively by the family.

Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba, Nebbiolo d’Alba, Langhe Rosso, Langhe Chardonnay and Langhe Arneis are vinified, bottled and refined in the Diano winery. In the cellar in Barolo, the two flagship wines are preserved: Barolo and Il Barolo Monvigliero. The new building has in fact hosted for some years what is for the company a source of great pride and royal representation.

PHILOSOPHY

Understanding and interpreting the territory, the environment and the vine is the basis for obtaining excellent wines, recognizable and with personality. Wine must be an expression of the earth and of the people working for it.
